As for what ends up on your plate: no freezer, no vacuum-packed food. Everything is fresh and cooked every day by our kitchen brigade.
Every morning, we peel, we chop, we let things simmer. We’ve been carrying on the same recipes for over 150 years, with a love of a job well done and a desire to treat you.
It takes serious organisation, planning ahead and a team that knows its part by heart. That’s how we do things, and we’re proud of it!
